I am proficient in product listing in several e-commerce sites such as eBay and Shopify. I also have experience with product research.

I have a background in customer service and providing customer support primarily through live chat and email. I also have knowledge on how to handle and resolve customer queries effectively.

I have keen attention to details and always ensure that I complete my tasks with quality and accuracy.

I have good communication skills and can speak English fluently. I am well-versed with Microsoft Office, basic software applications as well as commonly used social media platforms. I am also skilled with touch typing (60-70 words per minute). 

I have basic knowledge with Photoshop and can perform simple editing tasks.
