Profile Description

I am a Project Coordinator with years of experience working for various government agencies in the Philippines. These are some of the things I can help you with:

- Project monitoring (ensuring deadlines are met, assigning tasks to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, identifying roadblocks); 
- Drafting project plans and implementing guidelines;
- Liaising with organizations and clients; 
- Convening stakeholders, setting up meetings to discuss project direction; 
- Writing status reports, and minutes of the meeting; and,
- Researching for best practices, writing policy recommendation for the improvement of future endeavors.

I take most pride in my critical thinking skills which help a lot in coming up with sound decisions and strategies that are still in line with the overarching goals of the organization; also, in my ability to understand human behavior and to empathize, which are vital in the creation of a healthy workplace environment. I believe these skills cannot be easily taught, and as someone who naturally possesses them, I am confident in the quality of my work, that it is something that can be held to the highest standards.
