Profile Description

I have been working as a Financial Analyst in a BPO company for 3 years. As a Financial Analyst, we are required to Identify, Research and Resolve the customer's issue effectively. I also worked as an online English Teacher wherein, I am teaching English as a second language to Chinese students. I am currently working as a Medical Insurance Claims Specialist for 3 years. I'm handling 3 different Ambulatory Surgical Facilities. My job is to ensure that all claims are being paid correctly. I also handle disputes and appeals for incorrectly denied claims, like if there is an authorization issue,medical necessity denial, timely filing, incorrect billing of procedure and diagnosis codes. I also do insurance verification and coordinating issues between the patient the facility and the insurance company.

The key strength that I possess is Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and coordination skills with the flexibility required to remain highly focused in fast-paced, demanding environment.  I also have the ability to work on minimal supervision. I am a critical thinker, I can quickly learn new systems and produce significant contributions.
