Profile Description

MutualArt December, 2022 | April, 2024

I served as a Customer Support Associate at an Information Services organization specializing in the arts, operating within a home-based setup. In this role, I promptly addressed inquiries via email to aid a diverse range of users, including individual customers, art collectors, enthusiasts, and artists. Additionally, I handled chat conversations and conducted phone calls as needed.
Acquire Asia January 2020 – January 2021 | May 2021 - August 2022

In my most recent job, I was a fraud analyst. My task was to review the red flags we received from accounts by reviewing transactions and accounts. To avoid revenue loss, I prevent any fraudulent activities.

From January 2020 to January 2021, I worked as a client acquisition professional in a finance account at Acquire Asia. Payment processing, dispute resolution, product or promotional inquiries, and account application assistance are all handled by phone.

In May, I was rehired by Acquire as an administrative officer in the Fraud Department. To avoid income loss, we monitor transactions and make sure that fraudulent transactions are prevented.

Concentrix May 2019 – January 2020

I worked as a technical support for home appliances with a focus on entertainment at Concentrix. When our American customers are encountering problems with their gadgets, we assist them. We provided troubleshooting techniques to help you figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. We registered a ticket and recommended our customers to the nearest available service center if the equipment cannot be fixed over the phone.

Sitel August 2018 – April 2019

In Sitel, I worked in the Dental LOB. Before performing a service, dental clinics called to verify their customers' insurance coverage. If there were clients who were interested in learning more about our products, we also supplied further information. Addressing claims difficulties is one of the top call drivers.

Sutherland January 2017 – August 2018

In Sutherland, I worked as a customer service representative. By placing, tracking, and updating product orders, we assist our customers. We would also go over any billing issues with you and explain any unexpected bills. We also made recommendations for new consumers which included promoting and upselling products.

Interglobe February 2016 – December 2016

I worked as a customer support professional in the Travel Account at Interglobe. Customers could contact me by chat, email, or phone. We assisted consumers with flight bookings, modifications, and tracking flight statuses.

Teleperformance November 2014 – February 2016

My first job as a sales representative was with Teleperformance. On our end, we assisted customers in booking flights, which would be recorded for my primary measure. We also responded to questions concerning flight information on our website and made recommendations depending on their needs.
