I've been in the BPO industry for almost 7 years now, and i have gained different skills starting from just basic customer service like explaining bills for Telco customers up to selling different services offered by the company.
Selling has been one of forte since I've
been working for a customer service/sales program for 5 years now.
Creating and analyzing reports became my best advantages as sales require forecasting to determine how much needed to hit the monthly goal. These experiences and right attitude towards work would be relevant to help my future employers building their business.
