Profile Description

I have been doing Social Media Management for over a year, where I create and edit Social Media posts using Canva. I schedule daily posts and answer customer queries in Facebook and Instagram.
I have an experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, where I take calls from prospect buyers and sellers, I make calls to contractors, I schedule appointments, file important documents
and etc.
I have a long experience in customer service in a BPO setting. Two years as an order entry specialist and two years in a US-based health insurance account. I was also a Compliance agent in the said account, where I check if the call center is compliant with the standards of the of the client's standard.
I also have basic to average knowledge in Wodpress and Camtasia.
