I love spreadsheets and logic puzzles - they are food for my brain! I use various software applications and continuously add more to the list. Technology is a never-ending pit of new discoveries and I don't put a limit to what I can do or what knowledge I can acquire.

When I am asked to do a task and it's something probable, I always answer Yes or maybe Later - but never a No. I make it happen if it needs to happen or I'll offer practical alternatives.

I love managing people and directing them toward the goal - pushing, supporting, coaching, and motivating them all at the same time.

INSURANCE AGENCY (Current) - as Operations and Office Manager
>Build a VA team for the Insurance Agency and manage their payroll/ timekeeping
>Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls/reach out to prospects and existing clients
>Track commissions for the Agency and its independent Agent
>Manually upload commission statements in AMS
>Reconcile bank transactions
>Handle marketing - email marketing, social media, website update, google business listing

>Create SOPs and set the grounds to make sure contracts, procedures and protocols are in place for smooth daily operations

>Working knowledge of different lines: COMMERCIAL - General Liability, Property, LRO, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, Umbrella ; PERSONAL - Home, Auto, Dwelling Fire, Inland Marine, Umbrella
>Generate COIs and fill out applications - Acord 25, 28, 23, 50, 125, 126, 140, etc
>Market to surplus and excess lines and also has quoting experience direct to carriers
>Prepare bind docs for signature ad send the request to bind, including premium financing
>Make payments on clients' behalf or get payments thru Agency sweeps
>Manage AR/AP for payments received and due to carriers
>Process and Submit Endorsements - adding vehicles or drivers, higher limits, BPP, BI/EE, Work Comp codes, etc
>Update EZLynx with all notes about the insureds

CRYPTO HELIUM HOTSPOT SOLUTIONS - as Project Manager 
>Keeps all records of Helium Hotspot Installations and Deployments. 
>Create contracts for hosts. Track crypto exchanges and rewards for each host
