Profile Description

I started my career as a home-based freelancer about five years ago. I worked with Web Developer Freelancers as a Quality Assurance Tester on their projects for a year. I was responsible for testing software programs and identifying bugs and issues. I was also a home-based ESL Teacher for four months. I assess Chinese students on reaching a high level of proficiency in the English language. I was also a Product Researcher and Lister for Amazon & Walmart Seller Account for almost three years. My task is to search for selling products and enhance product details to maximize sales and ratings. I was also a Virtual Assistant for nearly three years as well. I was responsible for managing my client's Amazon Seller Account. My task was to research product information, especially Sales Rank using Keepa and JungleScout. I created my client's listings and bulk uploaded them to Amazon Inventory. I was also responsible for my client's Shipment Plans, and updated inventories, and then I also dealt with Buyer's messages, inquiries, and concerns. I also managed both FBA and FBM orders and created sales reports.
