I have been in the BPO industry since 2013, I have been with different centers both inbound and outbound and I believe that's a Plus. Judging by my skills, I have already been trained to speak the Universal language which is English, I've worked with different BPO centers such as iQor Philippines and Flatworld Solutions for both inbound and outbound calls, and Adec Group as an Online English Teacher. I have also worked virtually with Realtors and Investors from different states in the US for years now, as a Virtual Assistant and/or Appointment Setter.
I have experience with Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Sales, Technical Support, and Customer Service, and me being extensively trained to deal with these accounts is something I can brag about, but excelling in Sales has been one of my greatest strengths which made me one of the top agents/Appointment setters. Having knowledge of the run rounds in this industry is something employers are after. Someone who can cope with stress, and can deal with the Western culture, as well as people, is a major Criterion in this business and I believe I am that person.
