Profile Description

I have been a freelancer for almost 6 years and I can say that my skills have developed, I have shared them with my clients and made sure that I give them full satisfaction. I have been working on different online platforms. I have been a data entry specialist, an English tutor, done many internet research projects, and been a Virtual Manager for a dropshipping business.
I have advanced English proficiency and I always make sure that when I do my job, I give my 100%. Before I dUpgrade to see actual info to be a full-time freelancer, I was a Customer Service Professional for 6 years and I've been in different departments (Billing, Technical, Escalations, Back Office, Sales, Retention, Financial Accounts, etc.). After 6 years, I dUpgrade to see actual info that I want to work full-time at home. I have managed a dropshipping business through Shopify (manages social media pages like Instagram and Facebook, fulfilled orders using Oberlo and Aliexpress, chat/email customer support, handled refunds and returns, and handled chargebacks). I have experience with transcribing and working as a VA for a voiceover company. Also, I have experience working as a Records Retrieval Specialist for law firms. 
I am always eager to learn new skills and I always try to exceed expectations. I am an outgoing person, very flexible with the work environment, dependable, and reliable. I always, always give my 100% every time I do a project, may it be big or small. I always make sure to contribute whatever I can to my clients because I like the feeling that you are valued because you are an asset to the company. I always take pride in my work.
