My areas of expertise ranges from dial-up to broadband internet connection troubleshooting, computer desktop issue troubleshooting, basic home wireless and wired networking, file sharing set-up, MS outlook, Outlook express and windows mail set-up, and other third party email set-up and troubleshooting. I also do repair and re-installation of windows operating system, data back-up, virus and spyware removal. I am also experienced with remote desktop access.
My skills are not limited to troubleshooting. I am sales trained. I am skilled with
delivering sales since one of the accounts I used to work also requires me to build the need for customers and make recommendations of up-selling upgrades and subscriptions essential for the customer's needs. I have work experience in all forms of support either voice, chat and email.
I am proficiently knowledgeable in MS Office applications including MS WORD, MS EXCEL, MS POWERPOINT. I am familiar with copy and paste transfer to spreadsheet or excel. I am experienced with file/data conversions to PDF, excel or word.
