Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data ?
Reviewing of timekeeping
?
Facilitates the administration of compensation and benefits ?
Prepares the payroll and government report, income tax report. ?
Prepares and files of required statutory report and payment to government agencies ?
Assist in monthly payroll accounting entries produced with accuracy ?
Prepares annual alpha list of employees and submits to BIR ?
Prepares summary list of employees with their income & taxes for preparation of BIR form no. 2316 or income tax return ?
Process 13th Month Pay ?
Process final Pay of resigned employees ?
Prepares CEZA Monthly and Quarterly Report ?
Monitoring employees leave ?
Respond to all inquiries from employees related to salaries and wages ?
Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information ?
Provides payroll information by answering questions and request ?
Maintains payroll operations by keeping information confidential ?
Performs other accounting related duties that may be assigned from time to time
