I have extensive knowledge of different web-based applications and tools in project management and integrations to help organize, determine accountability, track progress, detect red flags, etc. My skill set also includes proficiency in MS Office applications, Wordpress and social media platforms. I have acquired skills in Operational CRM and Collaborative CRM. I have helped automate our sales and marketing processes (i.e lead management and marketing campaign management) while I was working in a digital marketing agency. I also have acquired skills in Collaborative CRM for our interdepartmental processes but have limited knowledge of Analytical CRM. I am familiar with Agile Methodology, Scrum Framework and Kanban.
In the past, I have helped create and document operations and sales processes, create SOPs, train people, and map out processes according to my client’s needs and desired results within the given timeline and budget.
