Profile Description

 Process oriented and love to do RCAs. Highly interested in Process Improvement. I currently have Kaizen Six Sigma GreenBelt, Project Mangement Essentials Certiefed and Advance 5s. I've done a lot of design and research in past years related in the Engineering Field. From technical research to design of establishments I've done it. I was also given the chance to be under Data Security following the framework 270001:2013. Managing Physical and Digital Assets, Purchasing Goods and Services, Document Information and Control, BCP/DRP.  Business Process Analyst in a large telecom company handling enterprise accounts. Under B2B cxm Process and Data Governance. Collecting and developing data, utilize data, root cause analysis and process documentation to help deliver strategic insight and actionable recommendations to the business.
