Vacation Rental & Short Term Rental Listing Expert (Property Management) - whose sole aim is to increase your property presence across high demands vacation rental platforms.

6 years of experience and knowledge managing Vacation Rental properties across the UK, HK, and Bali. Been working with top Vacation Rental companies such as Shaken Pillows. Also, I help individuals manage their property on different platforms such as Airbnb, HomeAway/VRBO, Flipkey/TripAdvisor, Wimdu, Upgrade to see actual info.

My main duties as Vacation/Short Term Rental includes the following:
1. Checking channel manager and other booking platforms for new reservations and adding them to a spreadsheet if needed.
2. Sync or manually update iCal/calendars on all platforms.
3. Update rates in all booking platforms and channel managers.
4. Create new listings for all new onboard property to all booking platforms.
5. Update all listings for any updates made/wants by the owner to all booking platforms (professional photos, description, amenities, etc).
6. Update cleanings for all properties after the guest checks out.
7. Sending lockbox info to the guest checking in a day before arrival.
8. QA responses to guests, owner, and calls.
9. Reviews
10. Anything around listings.
11. Phone calls.

Other duties:
-Channel Manager Integration and Optimization
-List to all channels available for your property address (Airbnb, HomeAway, Upgrade to see actual info, Expedia, etc)
-Pricing and calendar management
-Calendar management - Block/Unblock/Checking Sync
-Build from scratch
-Database management for all properties, bookings, and earnings
-Click send - for immediate texting to cleaners
- Sending Rental Agreement
