Profile Description

I've been in the BPO/Call Center industry for quite some time and had worked with 3 popular companies in the Philippines such as J.P. Morgan and Chase Bank - Teleperformance (2 years as a Retail Telephone Banker), Telstra (1year - Customer Support), Author Solutions (Check-in Coordinator). I was trained with multiple CRM's (e.g. Siebel, Salesforce, Infusionsoft, etc.). I also worked as a travel specialist with Orbitz Worlwide, made changes/cancellations to flight, hotel, and car reservations using back-end Global Distribution Systems such as Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, etc.

I was a VA (Digital Project Manager/Executive Assistant) in a local Paid Search company based in Dallas, Texas. Primarily my tasks were: creating reports such as SEO and Leads, Daily Spend Budget (AdWords), and Weekly Conversions reports (AdWords, AdRoll, Facebook Manager, and LinkedIn); WordPress edits; Email marketing; Google Analytics optimization; ClickFunnel Set up; Check Bids and Budget for AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and AdRoll campaigns; Research activities/events for Upgrade to see actual info schedules and MailChimp newsletter; Video transcriptions; Updating citation tracking on Upgrade to see actual info and indexing. I also took care of emails, clients' direct messages on Slack, and maintaining organized and clean company's Upgrade to see actual info account especially on projects and task assignments for each employees.

I also work with an online fitness company as a general VA taking care of all the administrative tasks including email handling, scheduling social media content (marketing), onboarding new clients, communicating with coaches, reporting, Facebook management, and interview new applicants if there's any external outsource job openings.

Working in an online job has boosted my capabilities in handling job challenges to a higher level as most of the time, I'm working with a very minimal supervision and has to be self-sufficient in order to meet client's expectations and deadlines. I have a deep sense of integrity and professionalism when it comes to committing myself to a job and each task I am assigned to. Thus, whatever task or project may it be, I am trustworthy. The goal is to always provide a win-win service and experience to my clients.

Looking forward to having a long-term business relationship with you and help build your business goals.
