Seasoned Sales and Customer Service Training Facilitator in a BPO/Corporate set up. Competent doing consultative selling for various markets e.g. North America, Australia & The U.K. particularly for travel and marketing industry. Experienced in managing small-to-medium business' online marketing using Google AdWords platform.
 Started working in 2008 for a Health Care Insurance company and paved my way to Sales umbrella and that's where job got more exciting. All those years, I can say Sales & Customer Excellence are vital keys to a company's success. Thus, the employee profile and behavior should be carefully selected and continuously improve.

Most job roles required me to provide customer & sales support and duties includes telesales, customer service admin & account management. When I was doing account management for over 5 years, I learned how to do multitasking & be able to exceed expectations without sacrificing the quality of work. 

I am looking forward to being a part of an organization and successfully be a team player who strives excellence, equal opportunity & integrity. This is the first time I decided to work remotely not only to be able to move freely from the comfort of my home but to avoid the hassle of travelling 3-4 hours everyday to get to work.
