I am proficient in Salesforce, a powerful customer relationship management (CRM) tool that enables efficient tracking and management of customer interactions. Additionally, I have utilized Zendesk, a popular customer support platform, to streamline ticketing, resolve inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction.
