I'm an experienced eBay customer service representative and product lister that can handle some tasks like answering messages, returns, replacements, refunds, processing, and organizing orders. I can also handle cases, monitor an eBay store for awaiting shipments, overdue and delayed orders that the supplier needs to be contacted for further steps.I was also a former customer service representative in some BPO companies that utilizes computer productivity maintaining high levels of customer service and customers’ satisfaction over the phone and/or email.I'm a fast learner to any new knowledge that will be given to me. I'm also able to cope with my work in a home environment.
