Hello there, I'm an experienced Customer Service representative, VA, executive assistant, content creator and social media moderator. I have more than 5 years experience in this line of job. I have vast experience with Shopify and Gorgias, I did tasks such as answering customers inquiries, complaints, request, death threats (Lol, but this is true), refunding, resending, restocking and tracking orders to update the customers. 

I can speak and write English perfectly. I can also speak and write Filipino and Dutch. I am good with Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint, Google Workspace and other apps that are mostly needed for working as a customer service or VA. I have a lot of experience using Canva for product image optimization, graphic design to use for posting and creating product images for stores such as Upgrade to see actual info and Shopify stores. 

I also previously own an online store on Etsy that sells accessories and I did the photography, editing, product listing and social media marketing. 

I have also experience as a social media moderator and manager for a drop-shipping company's Facebook and Instagram accounts.

I have worked as a Virtual Assistant/ Email customer care representative. I have also experience doing product research and product data entry. I also worked as a webpage reviewer for a website and that was my first online job. 

I also did web content writing for a Dutch company using Jasper AI, Chat GPT and DeepL though I can confidently say that I can write content without those said AI assistance. I have a 1 year experience of working as an executive assistant. I did travel arrangements, fix appointments, simple bookkeeping, research, translation, email moderation and other tasks that are needed to be done as per my employers instruction.

Some of my qualities that are actually handy in this line of work is being tech savvy because I can always find my way in the internet without difficulties when it comes to researching, downloading and more, minor trouble shooting and more. I am a person who is always excited to learn new things may it be hard or deem impossible by others. I can follow directions but i can also work with less or no supervision. I am a very flexible person that would always try to exert effort to the point that my husband will tell me I am a pushover. Haha. Because I will be happy enough to always do my very best and do more than what needed to be done to satisfy the customers, my employer and myself. My motto is "Hard work without talent is a shame, but talent without hard work is a tragedy" by Robert Half.
