Profile Description

I am currently working as a part-time Real Estate Cold Caller in a Real Estate Investment Company. I used to as a Service and Accounts Administrator at a pump maintenance company located in Australia. as an Accounts Administrator, I handled the accounting and bookkeeping via Xero such as creating and sending a Purchase Order, creating bills, and bank reconciliation. Handling overdue invoices and sending statements to all of our customers. As a Service Administrator, I reply to all the emails that I received from the customers such as inquiries about our services and asking for quotations and the job that needs to be done then I will log this in our database, I handled my boss's calendar for his availability on the job. After the job was done I will be sending the invoice and the paperwork to the clients. For the paperwork I prepare graphs and charts that are needed After sending the invoice to the clients, I export them to Xero.
 I used to work as a part-time Finance Manager, I am in charge of issuing invoices, collections, and payments.  I used to work as a Lead Generation Support Specialist and Personal Assistant of the CEO in a corporation that offers online ordering platforms and digital marketing and I used to handle billing. I used to work as a Sales Development Representative in a staffing agency for CNAs and Nurses. I used to work as a Telemarketer for a Medicare Brokerage. I used to work as an Inside Sales Associate for an IT company doing cold calling to offer IT software and IT services. I used to work as an Inside Sales Associate for Real Estate calling FSBO, Expired and Circle Prospecting Leads. I am very familiar with CRM namely Podio, REISift, Zendesk, Hubspot, Agent-CRM, and Insightly. Familiar with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. I am also familiar with the different types of dialers such as Xencall, Close, Ring Central, Golden Prospector, Dialpad, Zoiper, Mojo, Skype, 8x8, and VUpgrade to see actual info. I was also responsible for sending emails as an Inside Sales Associate and Sales Development Representative for an IT company and Real Estate and Staffing Agency. I do have experience in data mining or lead research. I have 6 years of experience as a customer service representative handling financial and health care accounts. I have more than 10 years of experience in bookkeeping.
