I started my career in business process outsourcing back in 2014. I've worked for various companies with different tasks. Throughout the course of my career, I spent a year as a technical support representative wherein 90% of the time talking to a customer to provide excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Then I decided to try online teaching. I've worked for a Japanese and a Chinese company. I have a good experience guiding them improve their English skills. I conducted some Classic English, Business English, Kids English and IELTS Reviews. Just recently, I was hired as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company. I am still new to this VA world.so as of this moment, I'm exploring the nature of the job. However, I have undergone training on how to become a virtual assistant which really helps! I am a fast learner and is always ready to learn new set of skills. I am also really good with MS Office Applications (word, power point and excel). I am using google drive and google sheets, to name a few. I also have a competent workstation at my place which is also an important criteria for working online, including a high-reliable laptop and internet connection.
