I want to take this opportunity to tell a bit of myself. I am personally very passionate, very attentive, and highly motivated in work and my personal life. 

My experience is in e-Commerce, mainly Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
As a freelancer for more than three years, I provide several services like all Amazon Seller Central-related tasks. Perform product and market research, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis for Amazon and eBay platforms. I am adept at using different dropshipping tools to create and find search items and keywords relevant to the products. I also optimize listings to improve consumer engagement, keyword rankings, organic search performance, and sales. I always welcome any opportunity to learn.

Later on, I got engaged with many Amazon-related tasks such as Credit card Reconciliation, Feedback Express Report, Monthly Gross Profit, Revenue Summary Report, and other Customer Related tasks.

Before this, I had several jobs like email support for Craigslist Outreach Campaign, Appointment Setter, Customer Service Support for Centura Health Covid. I also worked as a Senior Customer Service for five years. Working as a Customer Service Specialist made me very proficient in providing excellent customer service in every call I encounter. 2 Years as Executive Secretary, 1 Year of Sales and Marketing for a Furniture Export company.

Through the years of experience, I have become highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented; these honed skills are for the success of any business.
