I worked as a customer service / technical support (office set-up) for over 15 years. I have developed strong writing and customer service skills. My expertise includes Customer Services and Technical Support via Phone and Email. I answer general queries, process refunds, and replacement requests and resolve complaints and negative feedback. I am also knowledgeable about different tools such as Zendesk, Magento, Microsoft Office and  Google Office Suite. I easily learn new processes and can work with minimum supervision.
