Technical Requirements: 
I have a desktop computer and a laptop as a backup via a wired connection with at least 10-30mbps download speed.
I am amenable to working flexible hours during weekends and/or weekdays.

Skills/Experience Overview:
As a Political Science graduate, I have experience in conducting research, including creating and analyzing surveys, handling focus group discussions, and writing academic research articles and papers (in English).

I have also taught English to Japanese students via Skype using online textbooks and engaged in one-on-one free talking sessions for 6 months. Aside from teaching English, I am well-versed in the language and have no trouble communicating with native and non-native speakers. I can also try to change accents and apply voice modulation if necessary for voice talent jobs.

Currently, I have 8 years of customer service experience both in an office and home-based setting. I have worked in BPO companies such as Amazon UK and Thomson Reuters (office setup jobs) which allowed me to acquire basic professional etiquette that helped me maintain professionalism for both office-based and home-based work. 

I have been a virtual assistant for a UK-based company during pre-pandemic and was given the role of chat support, an assistant proofreader for the company blog, a Social Media Manager and a Compliance Department assistant.

I have experience managing Rental Airbnb and VRBO accounts for my past client, with a goal to expand unit acquisition and be able to connect to more guests internationally. 

After the pandemic broke out, I was relieved from the company and fortunate to have been a part of a small business based in Texas, USA. I became a team leader for the business in less than 2 months. I handled the training and the actual management of the workflow. I was able to help the owner increase profit in his current business by helping him get organized and allow for two more businesses to be opened with the help of my various expertise. I am currently a consultant for the business owner. 

Other skills:

I am fluent in both written and spoken English. I am also knowledgeable in most Microsoft programs. I have used other online applications like Toggl, Slack, Crisp, Smartsheets, Companycam, Skynova, Google Sheets, Canva, Ring Central (Admin and user), etc. I am also adept at working with Social Media/Blogging sites, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, WordPress, LinkedIn, Skype, Pinterest, and others. 

I am honest, patient, respectful, adaptable, and hard-working. I can easily work with others, as well as, accept objective criticisms regarding my work. If I am hired, I am willing to be trained to help in maintaining the quality of your products or services. Thank you!
