I worked as a marketing and admin officer for an events training company for more than a year. This allowed me to enhance my marketing, administrative and social media skills. I was also given the chance to be an events management trainer which gave me extensive knowledge in the events industry and helped me become more organized and deadline-driven.
I have prior experience as an ESL Teacher (with TESOL Certification) for Japanese and Chinese students - children and adults. This included helping them in academic studies and preparing them for job interviews, IELTS Exams, and CET Tests.
Working as a front office supervisor, one of my tasks was to manage social media accounts. This includes planning, creating contents, scheduling, and responding to comments and concerns.
I've been working as a freelance graphic designer since 2010 for local and foreign clients. Mostly designing different marketing materials such as flyers, posters, business cards, etc.
Backed up with experience as a customer and technical support representative, these helped me to learn how to multitask by navigating different tools while understanding and empathizing with the customer and making sure their concerns are resolved.
