Profile Description

With over nine years of progressive experience in finance
and accounting, I have excelled in roles ranging from Accounting Assistant to
Finance Controller, demonstrating expertise in financial management, team
leadership, and process optimization. In my current role as Finance Controller,
I am responsible for managing the overall financials of the company and
overseeing a remote accounting team in the Philippines, reporting directly to
the CFO and Owner. My background includes extensive experience in reconciling
accounts receivable and payable, managing cash flow, processing payments, and
ensuring accurate financial reporting for multiple plants across the
Philippines, Singapore, and Japan. I am proficient in various accounting
systems such as QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, and
possess strong analytical skills to identify and implement process improvements
effectively.
