Profile Description

I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and gained nearly three (3) years of experience in BPO Companies as a Customer Service Representative. During this time, I handled various accounts including Financial, Sales, and CS Back Office tasks. For the past two (2) and a half years, I have been working remotely as a Lead Generator, Outbound Sales Representative, Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, Email Specialist, and Data Researcher/Entry. I possess technical skills in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and more. Additionally, I worked as an Administrative Aide at one of the State universities, which further enhanced my office work, time management, and leadership skills. I am currently enrolled in a Data Analyst course, which I am about to complete. With my experiences and knowledge, I am confident in delivering excellent results for your needs.
