Profile Description

I have experience as a Lead Generation Specialist in one of the biggest innovative suppliers of cake decorating equipment in the United Kingdom. One of my tasks is to gather potential leads on various social media platforms and collect their information such as complete names, email addresses, phone numbers, and websites.

I worked in BPO Company for 2 years as a Customer Service Representative email support agent for a non-voice account. I answer emails and chats to respond to delivery partners' concerns and inquiries regarding their trips. Provide basic troubleshooting if necessary. I also do research and analyze the customer's payment statements and guide them on how to manage their account. 

I also have experience in voice accounts. I've handled customers' concerns, answered product and service questions, suggested information about other products and services that we offer, and resolved product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

I also worked in different positions in a restaurant as a server, host, cashier, and bartender, In my job I had to handle different types of people, the nicest ones, and the difficult ones. As working in the hospitality industry, I am able to communicate effectively and clearly with my guests and Upgrade to see actual info's part of our job to listen attentively and understand customers' needs and instructions clearly. Our guests/customer is our no. 1 priority. I can also work for several hours and am able to work under pressure. 

I'm knowledgeable in MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Canva.

I can work and deliver exceptional results in my job. I'm a fast learner and highly motivated. I'm looking for a part-time job where I can use my skills and experience.
