I've been with the BPO industry for about 13 years now. I've been doing outbound telemarketing calls from US. I'm also a Team Leader in one of the company that I've worked before, I handled team with 10-15 agents. In my previous employment I'm one of the Team Leader but I started there as an agent and then promoted as a Quality Assurance Specialist and up until I was promoted as a Team Leader. I also handled 20-30 agents, I assist agents on how to improve their weekly and monthly quota and share my knowledge about sales technique. I also listened to their calls just to monitor quality calls from my agents and do some feedback after. I have home based experienced as well, appointment setting, lead generation, data entry and sales. I have Microsoft excel knowledge, google docs. etc.
