I am good in answering Customer inquiries professionally may it be voice or non-voice level of business since I have been in the BPO Industry for the past 8 years. I have worked for more than a year as a Social Media Manager managing Facebook and Twitter accounts. I also know how to work with Shopify since part of the job was doing advertising products on social media platforms. I am very eager to learn more and self-driven. I want a long term and stable job where I can help my client and at the same time benefit from it while doing what is asked and even more.
