Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for 7 years as a Customer service specialist and Technical support. After leaving said industry, I became a Virtual Assistant and Logistics Liaison for Client with an Amazon Seller Account for a year, afterwards, I worked for an Insurance Agent and continue to do so up to the present year. Throughout my experience of being in the said industry, I have acquired and honed skills that I strongly believe is the best way to handle customers and clients alike with their concerns as well as their Upgrade to see actual infoom the basics to the most complicated of situations, I understand and analyze to help further with each and every interaction. I am a fast learner, a team player who can also work under pressure, and a goal-oriented person.
