• 9 years of industry experience in Software Testing with a solid understanding of test planning, test management, test case creation, test execution and defect tracking.

• 4 years of industry experience as Administrative Associate responsible for implementing company policies, developing, and applying new strategies, plans and managing expenditure budgets.

• Good written, communication, interpersonal skills, proven team player with an analytical mind bent to problem solving and delivering solutions; with industry experience in interacting with Western clients.


INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in acceptance and functional testing (network, mobile, web and desktop applications).

• Experience in non-functional testing (UI, compatibility, localization, performance, usability).

• Experience in creating test plan, test specifications, test cases and test matrix.

• Experience in executing test cases, and bug reporting and verification.

• Experience in documenting identified defects using JIRA and Confluence, and helping developers resolve issues by completing further testing.

• Experience in performing thorough regression testing when bugs were resolved.

• Experience in creating test summary reports, baseline reports and release notes.

• Experience with kick-off meetings, sprint planning and estimation, scruUpgrade to see actual infoetings, and sprint retrospective.

• Experience in providing QA feedback and rating for each project at the end of every sprint.
