Profile Description

Has experience in business process outsourcing for almost 7 years. Proven effective in handling customer queries especially irate calls. Landing constantly at the top best agents led to my promotion as supervisor. I am not a run-on-the-mill BPO worker, my experience has brought me to almost all facets of communication, and proof of this is my promotion. As a technical support specialist/supervisor, I have been familiar with supporting internet connections, phone services, TV services, and credit card terminals/processors. Part of being a supervisor is having administrative skills. Having organized work priorities, and experience in filing and updating records, producing word-processed documents, and creating and using simple spreadsheets.
3 years experience as VA mainly for customer support as well as handling administrative tasks.
My main objective is to impart my knowledge and skills and to give superb quality results to my clients as well as build long-term client relationships.
