Profile Description

I've been a customer service representative for a telecommunications company. We are in charge of answering our customers' queries and offering them the best services that they deserve. We handle our customers' orders and answer their questions regarding our products and bills. I have knowledge when it comes to Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs, Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, and Quickbooks.
I am a fast learner and very eager to learn new things that will help me improve my knowledge and skills for the job I am working for. I can definitely finish a task that was given to me before the day ends and I always make sure that I get the job done correctly. I will work things out and figure things out on my own. I can work with small supervision. I am looking for a stable job where I can excel and be a better person as well as an employee.
