I've been in the Customer Service industry for more than 10 years, office set up. I usually handle Financial account like Mortgages, Credit Card, Checking account and the like. I'm now working home based since 2015 as an Appointment Setter in the Real Estate Company in the US and I also do administrative task on the side. I have all the skills an appointment setter could have to be able to book appointments for my client. I'm good at building rapport, excellent in communication, has a positive attitude, a people person, very resourceful, persistent and driven. I'm also good at follow up's, nurturing leads to be able to book them in the future.
