I am a self-starter and excel at handling customer inquiries, policy changes, and resolving conflicts quickly. I can say that I have excellent written and verbal presentation skills. I have experience in training new employees too. I have call center experience that makes me familiar in dealing with difficult customers. I have strong familiarity with product information to inform customers. I'm flexible on working hours as I'm used to working 7 days straight and on different time zones.
I'm also adept at cross-training in order to assist other departments or in other roles as needed and I work hard to meet quotas for calls taken and appointments set.
