Profile Description

I've been working in the Customer Service industry for 11 years now and counting. 7 years for Australian Customers and 4 years for US Customers. We help our customers over the phone, chat, text and email using over 20 different tools necessary in accomplishing the needed tasks. I was cross trained to different line of businesses such as Billing, Technical and became a pioneer Complaints Manager handling residential and business accounts for mobile, internet and fixed line services. We are also required to do service to sales where we need to promote our products, make a sale and do the order creation and completion, track delivery and ensure a working service. 

I've also worked as a Maintenance Coordinator as a First Responder for a US Property Management Company where we provide fast and friendly customer support over the phone, email and text, creates ticket for every maintenance request using CRM, provides expert insight and advise on how tenants can fix simple maintenance issues, and schedule home viewing for potential tenants.  

Currently, I work as a customer service support (email and chat) for iHerb, an E-commerce Company based in California for more than 2 years now. We handle customer inquiries from placing orders, basic technical issues, tracking orders, process refunds and all other inquiries pertaining to a customer's Upgrade to see actual info account, handle customer complaints while maintaining quality, CSAT and productivity expectations. We assist customers in different languages and we use a translator to respond.  

I believe that beyond skills and work knowledge, attitude and behavior towards work is an add on to what I can offer. I am very resourceful, keen to details, straightforward, willing to learn and be trained, fast learner, a team player, open to constructive criticism and suggestions, definitely not a job hopper and can provide excellent work for you.
