I have over 10 years of call center experience ( including admin work, supervisory, sales, cold call, outbound, inbound, b2b, b2c, lead generation, appointment setting ) and for the years, I worked with two BPO Companies in the Philippines, and I specialize with the USA and Australian market. I have experience in cold calling, sales acquisition, live chat support, inbound sales, outbound sales, B2B and B2C, and lead generation.
I was a sales representative during my first years, and eventually stepped up and became a sales team leader. My strong BPO background did not just enhance my ability to become an effective salesperson, but it also paved the way to additional knowledge ( admin work, proofreading, data entry, MS Excel, lead generation, coaching, motivation people, etc ) and stronger character beyond selling.
As a salesperson, I became very equipped with different styles of selling and “out of the box” ways of closing, regardless of the product you are offering. The art and science of selling, through providing strong influence were learned and honed through years and years of practice. I am competitive, goal-oriented, and very passionate, thus I always get the top agent award.
As a team leader, I did not just learn to become a team manager, I also became a better version of myself. I became more matured and my work ethics improved greatly. I became solution-driven, dependable, and organized. Moreover, I also acquired new skills ( because as team leader, I had to do a lot of paperwork and reports ) related to admin work as part of my job function is to provide legal documentation, coaching logs, weekly/monthly review, hourly sales report, day end report, due process forms, and regularization forms.
Therefore, my abilities don't just stop at being an effective sales converter, I can also be a reliable virtual/admin assistant, sales converter, appointment setter, and customer service.
