Profile Description

I have worked as a customer service representative for 8 years handling customer inquiries and complaints.  My most recent experience was working as an Underwriting Assistant. I assisted with data entry, pulling up reports and putting up quote template, property specs and CAT modelling form while coordinating with underwriters, producers and brokers.

Other tools I know are WordPress, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva, Illustrator & Photoshop. 

I can work independently and with minimal supervision but can work with a team and love to collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. I know how to research things that I do not know but at the same time not afraid to ask for help if needed. I am dedicated and would like to be able to work with someone with whom I can help build their business.
