With a broad experience in the customer care industry working for clients such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Telstra, Upgrade to see actual info has worked in various departments including billing, sales, technical support , logistics and complaints management. He has, over the years underwent multiple trainings in how to deal with customers effectively and be able to provide an effective resolution using various tools CRM tools such as Avaya and SalesForce. 

Also recently enrolled in a digital marketing course that deals with Facebook ads, Upgrade to see actual info's goal is also to increase company profit through the utilization of paid social media ads. Ad strategies include launching campaigns that will be able to target, scale, and retarget to the right audience in the platform. The ultimate goal is to derive profit based off of these paid social media advertisements.
