Profile Description

I have acquired valuable experience in all facets of webhosting. I am multi-task oriented with 7-years experience as Technical Support Representative. I troubleshoot server-related errors of a website, sending/receiving email error, domain registration/dispute issues, FTP and anything related to webhosting.
In 2009, I was promoted as a Quality Assurance Officer in the first webhosting firm I worked with for being a consistent top performing agent. After 2 years as Quality Assurance Officer, I have then taken the CIO (Continouos Improvement Officer) position which I was responsible for data analysis and provide reports to managers for the improvement of the entire operation of Technical Support Department. The department is composed of 18 teams with 12 Technical Support Agents.
I have resigned from my full time job and chose the path of a homebased career woman for my family.
