I've been in the BPO industry for 13 years.I worked as a Game Support Agent for the first three years of my career, one year at LevelUpGames and two years at Netgames.
My responsibilities as a Game Support Agent included game testing, bug reporting, and in-game moderation, which included preventing users from hacking and maintaining game order and balance to make the game more enjoyable for all players. I also moderated player chat logs, where we identified inappropriate language and sanctioned players based on the severity of their offense.
After that, I spent nine years working at Puzzlebox BPO Inc. as a Social Media Community Manager.I represented our clients' brands as their face and voice in my role as Social Media Community manager. I responded to the brand's customers' grievances by responding to their messages and comments on various social media sites. I assisted our clients in enhancing their brands. I was also accountable for uploading material to social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter. Additionally, I made sure that the social media pages of the businesses we managed were organized by keeping an eye on the comment section and eliminating offensive posts from users in accordance with our policies.
In 2023 up to current year, I work for Telus International as a customer care representative. I answer emails and chats from consumers with financial questions and worries while keeping a high resolution rate and a customer satisfaction rating above 90%.
