I am Upgrade to see actual info but I go by the name Berna. I am an HR specialist that started my career as an online English teacher before being promoted to an administrative position. Throughout my career, I discovered my potential and passion in human resources, especially in sourcing, recruitment, and employee retention. I also experienced training new hires as well as tenured employees through HR onboarding and intervention. Though I know that I've yet to broaden my knowledge in my field of expertise, I believe and have confidence that the skills I've acquired through my experience will help me propel my career and eventually become an asset in your company.
