My job is Creating an FBA Shipment Plan, which includes the list of products to send to Amazon FBA, the quantity of each product, Carton or pallet measurements, preferred shipping method, and logistics partner details, preparing and labeling the inventory Doing weekly STA Analysis. Send shipping labels to our third-party warehouse where inventory is to be delivered so that further arrangements can be made. I answer customer questions via ZENDESK, comment on reviews, address negative feedback, locate past orders, and confirm FBA orders. I am dealing with refunds and product replacements and Updating Inventory. Lastly, I’ve also had an experience with a dropshipping company in the US. My job is to Verify the orders and ensure that all information is precise and accurate before they are forwarded to the tracking department. Service Fresh Desk Tickets - These include Order confirmation emails/Order modification requests/Invoices/payment receipts/Refunds and Cancellations/Backorders/Item Unavailable due to out-of-stock and Warehouse inventory discrepancies/tracking updates, tracking numbers, and shipping status. Check on the quality of outstanding tickets. Make sure that pending tickets are attended to and checked on a timely basis. Coordinate with the Warehouse department regarding auto-fulfilled orders, pre-order item arrival, availability dates, and order tracking and shipping delays. I want to be an assistant because I enjoy helping people who need my service. Being an assistant and working from home is a great privilege. I am a very passionate and driven person. Once I have a goal, I always make sure that I’ll reach them. I am flexible and can quickly adjust to systematic processes and information changes. I can work under pressure and can work independently.
