My love for dealing with customers dates back to 2011 when I began as a part time sales clerk at SM Supermarket.
The decision to study Marketing Management stemmed from the belief in great opportunities within people, sales, and the market. I am fascinated by the idea that excellent service leads to excellent results. I gained real-world market experience working part-time as a sales clerk and cashier during my college days.Entering the world of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) in April 2014 was both amazing and challenging. Dealing with foreign clients, I found joy in providing services to valued clients while sitting comfortably.
In my recent role with Mason & Co as a Business Development Manager (short project), I enjoyed engaging with stakeholders and conducting meetings over video conference calls. I particularly relished discussing projects and generating leads.
Similarly, in my previous role with Big Tiny, I assessed land in Europe and Australia to determine if they were suitable locations for our tiny house projects. Most inquiries were handled through WhatsApp chats and several calls via Skype.
During my tenure with a Japanese company, I assisted customers from Malaysia in purchasing cars through Japanese auctions, overseeing the entire sales process. This involved translating complex Japanese auction reports into English to ensure that customers understood vehicle specifications and conditions. Apart from translation, my responsibilities included market price analysis, issuing invoices, managing the shipment process, and overseeing payment collection. Additionally, I had the opportunity to travel abroad, meeting clients in person to discuss business matters and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
Beyond my professional life, here's something not stated in my resume: I find joy in three simple pleasures: coffee, books, and chess. These interests not only provide me with personal fulfillment but also contribute to my well-rounded perspective.
