In terms of customer service, data entry, and  as a SEO virtual assistant, I believe myself to be experienced. I have seven years of expertise in the BPO sector addressing client inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Because I have 7 years of experience working in the call center sector and have also been a trainer, I am qualified to provide courses in communication and product Upgrade to see actual info addition to the aforementioned expertise, I've worked with customers as a Virtual Assistant for a Online Marketing Company which caters to clients needs such as optimizing their website to increase their rank and customers, making sure to give them the finest service possible. 
Furthermore, here are some of the tasks I have experienced with: 
- Mostly assist customers with any technical problems such as repairing modem and cable boxes on customer's end. 
- Run some basic billing information and schedule technician visit. 
- Conduct short training courses for agents for any update from the clients - Handled new hires after training during transition 
- Created modules and refreshers to provide agents with better Product knowledge 
- Taking in supervisor calls 
- Process upgrades for current services as well. 
- Keyword research using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Ubersuggest
