for. I have more than 18 years of work experience and has been working
from home since CY 2009. I am very flexible, resourceful, responsive

My work experience is a combination of working both in an agency and company based work. As a strategy, I opt to diversify my resources by using various platforms like Linkedin,
and check the opportunity. I also look and ask for referrals. These allows me to build my talent pipeline. And lastly, I keep track of the metrics that was used (either manually or with the use of an ATS) so I can measure its effectiveness.
