Profile Description

I am an enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individual who has over 5 years of experience in giving professional, efficient, and high-quality service to various call center companies. I am well skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and by email. I have supported teams for quite a while now as part of an escalation team. I am not just taking supervisory/ managerial calls but also supporting and/or assisting tier 1 agents in the production. I have experience with live chat support and have worked with various accounts such as U.S. leading companies for satellite service providers, and medical and financial accounts, and am eager to learn to use new tools to get the job well done.
I was a virtual assistant for a year to promote a website. I have worked through word press. Also, I have tried to do data entry for a friend. I am a social media manager for a client on Instagram. My task is to handle a team and make sales for the company.  Aside from working as a customer service representative, I am also teaching foreign students how to master or learn the English language for both young and adult learners.
I am well versed in the English Language and a workhorse in terms of customer satisfaction, leadership, and discipline. I am self-reliant, very keen on details, a great team player, and can easily find ways to motivate myself and my co-workers.
