Profile Description

I've been in BPO industry for quite a long time and I am looking for a job where I can manage my on time, especially working at home.
I formerly taking in calls, chats and emails as a Customer Representative, Sales Representative and Technical Support for different accounts and different companies. I was before endorsed to a second level to assist CSR with more complex cases.
I usually double check cases that couldn't handled by our CSR (Tier1). Review cases if there is fraud issues involved, and I do send emails to our clients, short and concise emails that clients would understand right away. I also review cases and transactions if they are eligible for a certain reimbursement or refunds if necessary.
I know the basic troubleshooting for android devices, and I am currently a technical support for Google Drive or Backup and Sync usage. I am also using photoshop but not really an expert. I also use MS Excel for some reports I send to clients.
If given a task that is new to my knowledge and was instructed just a few, I figure things out by using my resources (internet, ask people who are more knowledgeable to it or check online guide how to do it)
I love working where my knowledge and capability are being test to resolve a certain projects that will help other people and businesses.
